Description
The ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Information Technology – Service Management Systems (SMS) Lead Implementor Course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to plan, establish, implement, manage, maintain, and continually improve a Service Management System (SMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018.
