ISO 37001:2016 is an international standard for Anti-Bribery Management System. Organisations have a duty to proactively contribute to preventing bribery. An Anti-Bribery Management System, which the ISO 37001:2016 standard intended to provide, and through leadership assurance to establishing a culture of integrity, transparency, openness, and compliance an organisation can achieve to prevent bribery.
Course Objectives
By the end of the course, the learner will be able to:

framework and structure of an ABMS based on the ISO 37001:2016 standard

risks which are relevant for your organization
- understand how to effectively design
and implement anti-bribery policies and processes
- learn to plan and execute an audit to verify conformity with the ISO 37001 standard
- develop auditing skills and boost anti-bribery knowledge

Certification
Delegates will receive a Certificate of:
- Attendance, or
- Competency
Assessment
There will be an assessment at the end of the course.
- Delegates have to complete the assessment with a minimum score of 60% to receive a Certificate of Competence.
- Delegates who score between 50% and 59% will get a second attempt at the assessment.
- If you fail the second attempt, will need to repurchase the course
- Delegates will receive a Certificate of Attendance regardless of a pass or fail.
